Love Your Core Like Before started after I spent years treating patients in the clinic as a physical therapist.  I would see diagnoses of low back/hip pain, pelvic pain, urinary incontinence and sexual dysfunctions in so many women; and all of these diagnoses seemed to have one common thread! These individuals did not know how to properly engage their core or their pelvic floor!
  I realized that most women are not educated about how to properly engage their core or their pelvic floor after childbirth, surgery or injury!

Think about it! For instance, did anyone ever teach you how to use your core or how to engage your pelvic floor in the days, months and years after you had your baby? My guess is you would answer NO! Well the good news is that it is NEVER too late to learn and implement the techniques that are provided throughout this program.  Believe it or not, you can actually treat your low back and hip pain with pelvic floor and core exercises too!
